just got my clen today...

sup safety. I started it today but ive had it for like a month. Ya 1 pump=20mcgs. You can take it alone..its not much liquid that comes out and it doesnt taste bad at all. Im just gonna take 2taurines AM and 2PM

well i was thinking about getting an oral syringe 1ml...dont know where to get it..i took it today at 20mcg,,,what your cycle of this stuff goign to look like?

3rd, 6th week benadryl 50 to 100mg nightly

Forget that pump. Go to Cvs or any drug store and pick up a 1ml oral syringe. trust me.

yo chest, Did you feel anything from your first pump today? I think i prefer clen tablets better but we'll see tomorrow when i use an oral syringe for more accurate dosing. Also why dont you post up a clen diary to keep track of your progress?

You shouldnt taper down your doses.

Wow, you were shaking off one pump. I sprayed it twice and it like dribbled in my mouth both times, i didnt feel shit. I guess we'll see tomorrow.
Just post the log in the steroid forums, theres plenty of clen stuff in there already.

yea the only things i noticed today where cramps about 5 hours after i took 20mcg...i just drank a bunch more water and took my taurine and it went away in like 30 min...besides that i didnt feel anything..no shaking, no nothing....gonna go 40mcg tomorrow
