need some help.
6'3, 220, 9%bf, pro athlete.
im in week 5 of an 8 week cycle.
wks 1-4 were just 70mgs var, ed. (will continue @70mgs ed through wk8)
added test prop @ 100mg eod, and will run wks 5-8. (and 25mgs nolva ed)
used clen wks 3-4 and got up to 120mcgs ed.
(have clomid for pct)
feeling great, everythings going well. put on 15lbs, dropped 5% bf!
just got a mg of lr3 igf-1. my boy advised me to run it during these last few weeks of the cycle @ 40mcgs the 5 days of the week i workout.
i know its best to shoot post workout, but until now, i was unaware that most people seem to run it post cycle to help keep the gains from the cycle.
my question is basically, what should i do? would it be ok to run it for these last 15-20 workout days during the end of this cycle? or would i be better off just waiting on it, and running it with clomid and clen for pct?
im open and wanting any and all criticism and/or comments on this matter!
