doing the shot was no problem ... but it feels like i got frogged in the ass where i got the shot ... like its bruised ... is this normal

first shot is always the "virgin" shot. You just got poked for the firt time, no pun intended. Youll be fine as long as you followed proper injecting procedures.

first injections will almost always result in pain in the following hrs and the next few days. so no worries it is normal. what i like to do is take some ibuprofen and then put a heat pad on the sore spot and it helps a lot. also, make sure you massage the injection area for a solid 5 mins after you inject. good luck

Make sure if your drawing it from an amp or vial you change the pin because they get dull or even bent if the hit the bottom of the container. That was my rookie mistake that caused me a sore cheek for about a week. After I started changing them things went good.

yeah thats not a problem i have a couple hundred syringes... i throw them out

I stretched and massaged my leg before and after for a good 5 mins, made a BIG defference for me. Also make sure you're very steady because my first couple times i shook real bad and i can only imagine what the needle did on the inside.....
