For vascularity, definitly eq. Clen also causes a lot of vascularity, mostly due to increased bp though.
diet a cardio is the best for bringing out vains
but i liked them both about the same for vascularity
hard to say, but they work like a charm together...

for vasc by far its var.. var makes you really veiny
I found Tbol made me slightly more vascular. Although my bodyfat is very low.
