I don't run nolva unless I am feeling signs of gyno-but if you are planning on running throughout the cycle wait until 4-5 weeks in and start@10mg/day.

if it didnt start the first time try pumping the gas as you turn the key. If it still does not start then you need to wait a few minutes for the gas to dissolve or else you will flood it out.

I start my chevy nova 454 everyday and if you actually mean "nolva" short for nolvadex , then you shoud use that everyday too around 20-40mg/ day.

I run nolvadex @ 10mg Every Day during my cycles. 20-40mg is too high IMO. If signs of gyno start then I'll bump the nolva up to 60mg ED for a week and then taper down to 20mg ED till the end. During PCT I'll run nolva @ 20mg ED. With a cycle that includes deca I suggest running Vitamin b-6 @200mg ED. Also Deca can cause gyno which needs to be treated with dostinex/cabergoline or bromocriptine.
