sustanon and the injections
im getting ready to start a cycle of winny and sustanon
where is the easiest and least painful area to inject the sustanon?
the glute? the quad?
any suggestions are appreciated

thanks men, is the glutes or the quads traditionally less painfull than the other or is one of the two safer for beginners?

and while we're here what do you guys think of the winny and sustanon combo?

Anywhere you inject sust for the first time will most likely hurt. All I can suggest is to change pins after filling the syringe, inject slowly, be careful not to move the needle around during injection, massage the injection site (3-5 minutes) after injection.

i use quad 2 times a week rotating one tue one on thursday but next cycle going every other day -- i dont even get any soreness

alright thanks for the support - i hear of people taking advil prior to injection or icing the area to numb it - does this work or is it all bullshit and i should just man up and put the needle in??

Just do it ,, only takes a second to put in the 30 sec's to inject .. its not bad make sure to use alcohol and aspirate .....

Also as Eggz said massage the shit out of it for a couple of minutes to move it around ... or it will get sore from sitting in one place ...

i dont know bros, i will never hit my quad again. every time i have it has been painful and the last time i could barely walk for 3 or 4 days. glutes have never givin me a problem.
