just did my first calf inj and f##cked up i think

ok i went to siteinject website and thought id try my calfs,
they have no info on what pin but its looked small so i only put my 25g 1 1/4 in about half way into the calf cos i got pain any further in,

aspirated all was good, started injecting and maybe cos i was nervouse the pin started to come out slowly with the oil going into my calf anyways put in 1ml of test and as i went to pull the pin out i realised by the end of the shot it had slid almost all the way out of my calf which means some test would be just under my skin.

is this test going to be utilised or have i just wasted a shot? and im limping a little bit but i guess this is just normal,

any advise for next shot this weekend cos i like injecting in the calf i feel really comftable doing it their for some reason

    thanks in advance

my advice would be get the correct size needles and concentrate harder on what you're doing. try resting the hand thats holding the plunger on your calf too, for more needle control/stabalization...
