how much and how often should I

also, should i start the Winny right off the bat at the same time as i start the sutanon, or should i wait a few weeks to cyle the winny in?

I do my sust tue am thurs pm and take the winny last 6 weeks of cycle IMO.

I do mine in quad (thigh) so i can do it myself.. i cant reach glute and i save it for TREN and then my wife hits me.

sutanon needs to be shot atleast eod to take full advantage of the propionate in it.
