Liver Question.
I got a liver check done the other day. The doc said i was fine except an enzyme called ALT was 124 instead of 50-60. The second test was 136 a week later?? Today the Doctor had me go in for a UltraSound to check everything inside.. I wont know for a week.. Is 124, 134 High? Shit I'm only 35 just married and I would hate to start falling apart now.

no worries
I got really sick a hear ago. My enzymes went up to 3,600. But I had broken a rib that nicked my liver and the antibiotics attacked my liver, on top of the pain medicine I was prescribed on top of bein in the middle of tren and anadrol , so I just had to stop all medicines and not put anyhting in my body but water and clean food and they went back to normal. Stay away from acetemeniphen (tylenol) it is the worse thing on yuour liver, worse than alchol.

i've posted before (it's been awhile) regarding some studies showing the "healing" effects of certain OTC supplements, mainly SAMe and R-LA...damaged livers were shown to 'heal' with use of these supps, and milk thistle, even though it ranks below these, is still a very powerful liver protectant, although i've yet to find a study where it was used to repair a damaged liver. i use milk thistle year round, and even with the meds i take regularly for RA, which are extremely hepatotoxic, i test out fine, even when 'on'...
