Ok i'm on tren a 100mg ED / test e 250mg 3x a week
i'm on week 5 and i'm starting to get muscle cramps. like when i stand up my hquads/glutes short of cramp up a little bit. now my biceps are doing it.
is it because of my potassium level being destryoed by tren? is this normal? should i be worried?
When I was on tren (very brief sides got the best of me), I got cramps in legs and back during sleep,I took Magnesium oxide and potassium citrate, worked well.
make sure you're drink minimum 0ne gallon of water too
