    Needles

    Any other opinions about needles. 23 gauge 1'' okay for injecting. 5% body fat, small guy, besides I already ordered them. What do you think?

    I would just use those for my legs and delts. I don't even shot in my ass. But if you do I would guess you would be ok. Not what I recomend though

    With that BF% you would be fine if you chose to go in the glute. I am with Ron though. I perfer delt shots all the way.
