this is what i researched and might try ...

I am following MY tweaked version of

Novice Cycle #2-1

SUSTANON 250 250mg per week / 11 weeks
Deca 400 per week /10 weeks
Nolvadex/10 - 20 mg/Day
Vitamin B-6/ 100mg/Day

(no D-bol)

followed by PCT
Clomid
Nova
Vitamin B-6/ 100mg/Day

What ya think ? Also since i am going to be gettign water retention you think it would be better to lay of creatine while on cycle ? I figure better to pick it up on PCT.

Goal : Gain 10-12 lbs of keepable weight.
Also what size needles can i get away with ? I forget the size i used last time but it started to feel like a straw poking into my skin but i delt with it.

Tried cycle before with OMNADREN 250 500mg per week but lost all gains. I was stupid and uneducated. Now as you can tell i am gaining a lot of knowledge here , thanks.

need more test bro. test needs to be run higher than deca. I would look at 500mg/week. that is about average. nolva is a good idea but wont help to much with bloating. it is a good anti-e. other than that, it looks ok to me, but if this is your first "educated cycle", I would stick to 500mg test/week.
no need for deca yet. just my opinion

My body was fine with 500mg of OMNADREN 250 that why i was going to stack. All that i read and even hear from people is that DECA is one of the best. So i decided to do the deca but as i found out, you cant take deca without test which is why it brough me back to this stack.

Perfect. No one said Deca is bad, it's a good synergy between deca and test. Just keep test higher.

1-13 Sust @ 525mg EW (inject 150mg EOD)
1-12 Deca @ 400mg EW
1-15 Vit B-6 @ 200mg ED
1-20 A-Dex @ .25mg ED
17-20 Nolvadex @ 20mg ED
17-20 Clomid @ 100mg ED
Run PCT for four weeks or until you fully recover.

Read a report on Vit B-6 which is no longer recommended at 200mg, could cause nerve damage. 100mg is now the avg. recommended dosage.

Anytime, i know most still do 200mg but just to be on the safe side , i am going with 100mg.

I know it has been a bit but i have been putting a lot of thought into it. I think that i am just going to go with the sus250 2 shots a week for 500mg a week. I think that it is a smarter move. Now i am still going to take the nolva but you think i still need the vit 6 ?
