infection from the shot?

i did my third injection(quads) on thursday and about 1-2 days later when i touch the spot it hurts a little and my skin is yellow about 1 c"m where the injection went.. like a litlle yellow circle.. what didnt i do right?
i didnt everyting very clean dont know whats the problem.
how can i tell if its an infection? only if i have fever?

Yellow is brusing,and the soreness should go away in 3 to 5 days.

I got an infection from a glute shot about 3 weeks ago and it started out by itching like crazy then the next day it was red and hot as shit. I took some antibiotics that I had from getting my wisdom teeth cut out and it went away in about 3 days

Get it checked out if your still in pain just to be safe but it just sounds like its brused
