    Clen Question

    wife started Clen on Friday after EAc for 2 weeks and Var she wants to sleep alot is that a side of Clen?

    How much Taurine should she take?

    Yes that is a side of clen . trurine 500 to 1000 mg day with lots of water intake

    I am starting my 5th week of Clen and only felt minor fatigue so far. I heard when you come off Clen you feel lethargy from the rebound effect. I only experienced minor cramping in the beginning but after my body got use to it I don't notice it anymore.......I take 1g of taurine 3 times a day (3g total) and drink plenty of water. I wasn't able to see my abs after a Test E/Deca cycle and now I can after taking the Clen so it works. I take the Clen as soon as I wake up in the morning and go right to my treadmill and run for 45min-1hour then eat breakfast. I take the second dose of my clen @1PM. How is her Clen cycle planned out?

    7am 20 mcg Clen / 10 mg Var 2pm 20mcg Clen 6pm 10mg Var

    work out 4pm 10 min cardio 1 hr hard workout 30 min cardo 4 days a week

    Is there anyway she can do 45min-1hour of cardio in the morning right after waking up? Beleive me it will make a big difference if she does. If you do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and take clen she will burn only fat. If you do cardio after eating you will burn the food you just ate as fuel!
