iam on a cycle 500 mg testosterone ew in 12 weeks can i add winstrol 25 mg last 4 weeks? how much would this give me (net win)

4 weeks of win isnt really enuff to get any gains .. i would shoot for 6 weeks of win at 50mg ed split into morning and night for most stable blood lvls unless u wanna break into 8hr intervals.

either way i dont think your on the right track

you state "Can you add win in 12 weeks" ok yes u can but if ur only doing 12 weeks of test and u start win on week 12.. that puts pct around week 18 if u run win for 6 weeks by then test has cleared your system and you missed a prime oppertunity to start pct...

if your so persistant as to HAVE TO RUN win (though i dont know your stats, and this is probably your first cycle so its a bad idea to run 2 compounds) run it at week 8-14 start pct at end of 14 and good luck

friend, if you really want the best advisement then give me all ur stats and ur cycle history..

anyways i would save the win for a future cycle if this is your first which i presume it is

taiboxa i did one cycle one and a half year ago.... 8 weeks of 200 mg deca + 250 mg testo. but iam still very small i weigh 148-150 lbs on 12% and iam 5.6 short 20 years old. my start weight b4 working out (worked out for 2 years) was 110 lbs on 15% bf

your main focus should be diet by far, but with that said i would omit the win this go and stick w/ test only save it for a future cycle

yes sir! id do the same. and DIET is key...IMO 2 weeks of winni is nothing, you'd be just starting to see results. save it for next time and run it for the last 6 weeks @ 50mg ED. you'll be much happier with the results.
