hello people just wondering if someone can point me in the way of a 11 month program to gain the most amount of clean mass for in time for my 1st comp my stats are 510 220lbs prob bout 12-15%bfat help with diet and what gear to use would be great just so i can plan the whole 12 months out i have had cycle experence b4 i have recently come off a course of deca and sus for 14 weeks sus and 11 deca and also threw in 5 week of winny to harden up help would be great i really wana give this a go thank you in advance
