When to drink winny

Hey guys,

I just had a question about when to drink winny. Some say split it up during the day, others say just take it all at once. Would it be good to take it in the morning and just before my workout. Or since ill be taking 50/ml eod, should i just take 25 a day instead. Thanks for your help.

Save the injectables and buy winny tabs--they are far cheaper and just as effective as drinking winny. Injectable winny costs so much to produce in a sterile environment and all that extra care & extra cost is wasted the moment the liquid hits the tongue!
