Feeling of pins and needles through body during sex?

First im taking test e 500mg/wk in my 13 week. Now when i was having sex the last few times ive been having these sort of itchy needles and pin stabbing pains throughout my body. They will just all of a sudden cause sharp itchy type of pain like someone is literally stabbing me with something. I think it happens when i start to get out of breath. Is this heart related, nerve related. Anyone. Im thinking about going to the doctor.
