If you have a high resting heart rate of about 80-90 and you want to do another cycle, how much of an affect will that have on your heart?

Why is your RHR so high? I would get some bloodwork done ASAP.

72 is average...it all depends on ur cardiovascular system how good of shape its in i was once down to 54 and i had a low hemogoblin sumthing like 100 but when i had a hemogoblin count of 67 i had a RHR of 93.....dude are u feeling tired, sleeping more? if so go get ur iron and hemogoblin checked.

there is more to that than just how good a shape u r.. When u train aerobic/cardio U can get ur HR to go down sure but that doesnt mean that some one with RHR of 45 is necessarily in a better shape than a person with RHR 65..

deca was taken last cycle, maybe it has something to do with that...

I know cardio could be improved, none of that is even done. do you think that is a reason or just "could" be a reason..

iF YOU HAD A HEMAGLOIN OF 67 THAT WOULD MEAN YOUR HEMATOCRIT WOULD HAVE BEEN APPROX 201

I think you got something mixed up bro

W that big or a decrepency, 9 times out 10 it would mena that the other guy is in better shape.

Off season i float in the mid to upper 50's. During season i see mine as low as 41-43BPM

im pretty sure you hit the spot, more cardio is needed and im sure b12 and b6 should be taken next cycle for help with iron and hemoglobin...

Hey Bro, seriously, if you feel something isnt too comfortable about your health, especially your heart, dont guess, go to the doc. Have them run EKG and get your blood checked, their could be something there that just cant be figured out by process of elimination. Remember, you are only as strong as your weakest link. Heart issues will definitely put a hault to anything you do if not handled asap. Good luck Bro!

    Is your real name Casper?

I thought my RHR was low at 50 BPM!

BTW your resting heart rate should be determined in the morning when you first wake up and before you get out of bed. Not when your nervous about the hot ass nurse looking so fine that is checking your heart rate and you are checking her clevage.
