Why is your RHR so high? I would get some bloodwork done ASAP.

72 is average...it all depends on ur cardiovascular system how good of shape its in i was once down to 54 and i had a low hemogoblin sumthing like 100 but when i had a hemogoblin count of 67 i had a RHR of 93.....dude are u feeling tired, sleeping more? if so go get ur iron and hemogoblin checked.

there is more to that than just how good a shape u r.. When u train aerobic/cardio U can get ur HR to go down sure but that doesnt mean that some one with RHR of 45 is necessarily in a better shape than a person with RHR 65..

Hey Bro, seriously, if you feel something isnt too comfortable about your health, especially your heart, dont guess, go to the doc. Have them run EKG and get your blood checked, their could be something there that just cant be figured out by process of elimination. Remember, you are only as strong as your weakest link. Heart issues will definitely put a hault to anything you do if not handled asap. Good luck Bro!

I thought my RHR was low at 50 BPM!
BTW your resting heart rate should be determined in the morning when you first wake up and before you get out of bed. Not when your nervous about the hot ass nurse looking so fine that is checking your heart rate and you are checking her clevage.
