Nope too much gear for first cycle......save your money. Do Test E 500mg a week for 12 weeks and you can throw in 30mg of D-bol every day for the first 4 weeks if you want. It takes around 5 weeks for you to feel the effects of the Test. Good luck!

cool ... ive done sus 250 by itself and then deca by itself and both times no change
then i was told to take d-bol's and the notice i was getting thicker...
so i did some reading and saw that deca and d-bol's and test e were a good blend...

if only you would have done the sust and deca together.. then you would have seen more, but yeah only run the dbol for 4 weeks and run the test enanthate a week or two longer then the deca
