    i never minded the quads or delts,

    never liked hitting the glutes or chest

    ive tried the tris, its ok,

    not comfortable with biceps or lats, Yet!

    do the bigger guys get a gf/wife to do glute shots? i can barely wipe my ass, much less hold a pin steady enough to not traumatize the muscle every goddamn time...

    I dont mind any of them, I use a 25g 1 inch and hit delts rear and medial, chest, triceps, both bicep heads and glutes and thighs... havent done traps lats or calves yet...

    take a hot shower to soften the skin, go slow and let the needle just slide in by itself and inject the oil slowly then massage the crap out of it, or immediatley work out that muscle group...

    bi's were super scary until i hit em a few times...
