I think glutes are best for beginners after they are shown by an experienced user. Less from for error. Having said that, use the search button to look up injection info.

glute shots are just easy / little room for error, as said b4, so a lot of ppl use the spot

I actually disagree that Glutes are the easiest shots. I believe Quads are the easiest to hit, there is a wide injection area and are accessed easier then Gltues. Two hands can be used and its easy to aspirate and see what your doing. Little room for error.
