I've got both of those books. Downloaded them for free off the net, definately didnt pay for them.....but the info in there doesnt really tell you how to do anything...it's basically just the profiles of every drug and a rough estimate of dosages. Beginning dosages at that and some very poor cycles. The diet section is ok but nothing special. I've learned significantly more from this board than from the little that i read from those books. If anyone wants a copy i can try to email it too you...

If nothing else Mick is smart, and his marketing is pretty good. I'll bet he's made a pretty penny on those guides.
