    spot injections

    Can i inject test e into my pec/lat/trap?? anyone reccomend it? i was just checking it out on spotinjections, if so what size pin?

    Well on that site it shows where you can inject into the desired muscle. I play it safe and inject typically into Quads, glutes and delts.

    Stay away from traps..far to many nerves there.I know a few guys who had problems after shooting traps.One guy couldn't move his head for days,it just hung there.He looked like a turtle...lol...

    i hear lats arent too bad....i would stick with delts bi's quds glutes..the traps scare me
