Bloated face how to reduce it?

Any sugesstion to get rid of the round face while on, I will be doing letrozole. Any other ideas just becuase I have 8 abs but a round face, which sucks.

Attention to diet, low sodium, lots of water, and anti e's.

It's unavoidable w/some substances, but you never listed what you were taking.
