halotestin is probably the best drug for sheer strength and hardening, but it'll eat a hole in your liver so i'd probably avoid it. try some winstrol, you'll stay lean and strength will increase and it the orals will be out of your system quickly; however, i always go with the injectable because i don't like orals. also oral winny is 17-aa steroid like anadrol(hard on your liver).

anavar is what is used for weight resticted atheletes. its administered orally but it sounds like you have many restrictions so what's available to you is minimal.
