I just finished the first week of my first cycle. 500mg Test Enan & 400mg Deca EW.
I weighed in at the beginning of the week at 159.5
I weighed out today at 167.5
Jesus.. I thought something was wrong, i emptied my pockets, took off my sweatpants and shoes, even my MP3 player, i was down to shorts and underarmour.
This is the same scale in the same spot in the same gym as when i first weighed in.
Is this possible? I gained 8 lbs?
Dont get me wrong, I want to gain a lot of LBM.. but this fast? I mean my diet is perfected and extremely better then it ever was before, and maybe my lifting techniques are a little sharper then before..but damn..
I have been eating like a madman, 400-440g protein p/day. 3000-4400 calories p/day for this week.
Give me your opinions on if this is a scale error or if its possible.
