alittle recap of whats going on
so i just started wk6 and ended my 5wks of dbol @ 40mg. Im up 25lbs (and ya thats fat too) some people are getting concerned about my rapid size increase which as far as in concerned is prolly bloat from the dbol making my face all round. Ive been eating 4500cals aday. Should I lower my cals by 500 or keep it the same and just add in some cardio?

are you worried your going to put on too much fat or something?? r you trying to bulk for the winter, or are you looking to cut now?

i mean, you probably have alot of bloat, especially in the neck and face...alot of people notice that stuff.
Cardio certainly won't hurt, I personally wouldn't cut the cals. I'd add some cardio....maybe something like 2-3 times a week.....
I take it you've never done dbol b4>?

Not really..maybe a little bit. Seems like the test always will help you keep what you gained from the dbol better. It'll provide more to fall back on so to say..this may not make sense..but you get the idea..
