    Var + duration

    I've found the necessary dosage for my age and my goals but I can't seem to find how long one should run var for; that is, what is the minimum and maximum duration of time. I'm using it during a cycle, NOT as a bridge. Any idea?

    The dosage of var is 80mg/ED....just not sure for how long.

    12 weeks-very mild on the liver-you have guys who run anadrol for 10 weeks at 200mgs,and the liver returns back to normal levels.
