Yeah, just swallow it. I used both for my PCT (100mg of clomid and 20mg of nolva) and they helped restore my test levels. They taste awful, though .

The taste is pretty bad... I add it to a little cranberry juice and do it like a shot... helps hide that awful taste...

The research chems from Lion do not taste bad at all. I draw them right up in a dary and squirt directly into my mouth. I dont know what you guys are talking about????

depends on what you are talking about and some other factors

Let Abstrack know what's in your cycle, how long, dosages, etc. and he will be able to give you better advice. Generally, you can use 20mg of Nolva and 100mg of Clomid for 4 weeks or however long it takes to recover your test levels.
