It will actually become quite bloated. Somewhat more aggressive and be able taste more and for longer times.

ive tasted juice, its oily and extremely strong, doesnt taste like nuthin else i ever put in my mouth. oh yeah, my tongue gained like two lbs and i can really lick pu$$y now for hours.

The texture and color can easily be faked because its simply an oil... The only way to tell if its fake or not is to have it lab tested.
