generaly I THINK women take 50-100mgs of deca a week for a cycle.

Pyramiding is old school thinking and has absolutely no merit. It takes AT LEAST 3 weeks for deca to kick in anyway, so a low dosage at the beggining is usless.

If you want to know how to use deca, do a little research, come back and post YOUR thoughts and we will add comments or suggestions.

I think you should also stack something with that deca to help keep more of your gains. Possibly test or winny.

I am going to start taking 400mg a week of the same stuff for 8 weeks.. Running my Test 500mg for 10 weeks. I saw great gains off 200mg a week stacked with test as my first cycle.. But if it's not your first.. Might as well go with 400mg..
