    anything with pm on it, unisom sleep gels, nigh quill and if you still can not fall alseep with those get some Ambien, but you need a script for that. by the way wrong place to post this buddy

    be careful

    just be careful with taking sleep meds so your body doesnt build up a dependency to them. duece playa.

    I wouldn't do Ambien. I take 150 mg of trazodone every night, and I sleep 8 hours straight. I have been using this for over three years w/ no problems. You do need an Rx, but it is worth it.

    fuk yeah it is! 1-2 pills plus some hard liq and you will be in lala land.makes sex bomb as well

    have used ambien a couple times for help sleeping... worked real good... wld like to try lunesta...
