    2 quick var questions

    I searched, but couldn't find

    1. what's the best way to split up var dosage? Half in morning, half at night, or split up throughout the day?

    2. Is it ok to take an ECA stack (instead of coffee) before my morning cardio while running var?

    1. Well since its active for about 6-8 hours I usually split it up 3X a day. Something like 8am,2pm,10pm.

    2. ECA stack is going to be more potent then a cup of coffee. I'm very sensitive to any stimulant so even if I take a clen or 2 I"m off the hook. Tried a redline the other day and couldnt stop shaking.

    I like to split my var doses 4Xs/day...morn, noon, at dinner, and before retiring.

    Yep....thats definately a great addition to any cutter.
