I feel VERY sick, first cycle first shot

I just started the following cycle

Test Prop week 1-4 EOD 100 mg
Test E week 1-10 2xweek
Deca week 1-10 2xweek
then Nolva to clean up or somthing

I have my buddy who ahs done like 7 cycles looking after me, i just did my first shot yesterday, which was 3cc (prop, e and deca) and everything was good till about 16 hours later, i feel like im getting a big flu..

What should i do??? im normally very healthy, someone suggested i stop prop till the symptoms go away

Day 12, I got REALLY sick for 3 days and lost 10lbs (had gained 7 at that point)....took me like 3 weeks to gain back that 10. BUT..my face was less puffy and has remained that way in comparison to when I weighed the same after the first growth spurt..so that's positive.
