    wat do u think

    right well am currently doing a 12 2 14 week ov sus 250 eod and d-bol 4 weeks ,into 3 week now and am making good gains so far, was going 2 add test susension 3 or 2 weeks before end ov cycle .i know susension is mainly used as a bulker but ive read that u also can get a hardend look of it .is that alright ???

    ive heard supension makes you hold more water than any other ester of test

    i know it holds water but people take it up 2 2 weeks before comps 4 muscle hardness it says this in the profiles...wat about propionate will thet b any good 2 tighten up iam yery limited 2 wat i can get

    Gains with Susp. is hard to keep,most is water retention...i used in my cycle the first 4 weeks...!

    ya go with the prop if you are looking for the drier look. Plus you only have to shot ED or EOD compared with 2ED with suspension

    and the only reeason i can see them running suspension up to a comp is if it was a tested event. Susp. leaves the system really quick. Most competitors use non-armotizing like tren, var, or winny leading up to a comp. just my 2 cent might be off

    tanx 4 the advice lads so wen should i add it and how long before i will c a bit tightness and drier look

    i've heard of guys running anadrol 5 days prior to competition b efore.... suspension might work in the same way.

    the idea is that the bloat starts and swells the muscle a little but you don't actually run it long enough to effect the layer between the muscle and the skin.....

    i may have that worng but i think i get the general idea.....

    if your trying to get shreded, tren or winstrol would probably be a better choice than test
