Using clen will make you burn alot more cals, but i think its a waste to use clen and not work out to maximize your results. but i guess in your case you just want to burn extra cals, clen would do the job. make sure if your doing it for over 2 weeks at a time to use bendryl
If i was u I would just eat cleanly and save the clen for later.. but thats just my opinion
