Either will lose it's effectiveness over extended periods so I like to alternate every 2 weeks.
does this mean that you do 2 weeks of clen followed by 2 weeks of ECA then going back to the clen and so on.. ??Originally Posted by NotSmall

i think i got some fake clen i get no shakes and the pills are smaller than my pinky nail any help would be grateful
they both are effective. Clen should be used for 2-3 weeks with a minimum of 4-6 weeks break. IMH(though biased)O Thermorexin is more effective for fat loss than either.
a lot of people rotate
EC 2-3wk
Thermorexin 2-4wk
CLEN 2-3wk
Im not buying this 6 weeks of clen. I shake a lot still now...mid week4 and fatloss has basically stopped. My diet is good and I do cardio basically every day.
I like clen better but T3 is still my favorite burner...to scared to try dnp
How is the rebound effect from T3? Do you ever use T3 without AAS?Originally Posted by Tedbear981
DNP does kinna scare me..if I ever did it I wouldnt go too overboard 200-300mg at most
eca works for me
Me too but you soon build up a tolerance, hence alternating every 2 weeks with clen.Originally Posted by mrsuperpump
you will see better results with longer breaks between clenbuterol use, taking 2 weeks of from clen, because of half life, is like taking less than a week off (3rd half life where elimation is significant is between 110-180hrs from last dose 4-8 days)Originally Posted by NotSmall
For effectiveness I think clen kicks ass, but it does seem to lose it's affect on me after a couple weeks.
