clomid ALONE for PCT?

is clomid ok to use ALONE for PCT? I will be using it along with nolvadex on my next course, but a mate of mine is thinkin of just using clomid, thought id look for opinions on the matter

it would be better to use with nolvdex because of the estro rebound after the cycle and nobody wants gyno.

but clomid itself will work i've done a clomid only pct before with no problems but now i always use clomid nolvadex and l-dex
