should i take all 300mg of clomid at once? or should i spread it out through the day? .. for my first day of PCT

spread it out thru the day. i usually go 2 tabs breakfast lunch and dinner.

I got 5000 preg hcg and im going to shoot 1000ui each day for the first 5 days of pct and this is my first time using it. I mix ml of water from one amp to the 5000 preg amp.
How do i measure 1000 with the slin pin when im done?
should i add more water for easy measuring
