I took off 3 years from all lifting ( I did hit the weights about once a month during the last year of that time, but only 20+ rep sets) , just trained for boxing during that time, so I only did sparing, running, lunges, jumping rope...ect but no weights at all. I'll be 38 in January
6'1 230 13% body fat,
bench is 335x8
Full Squats 365x10.....legs never were that strong.
Seated Db press 100x8,8,7,5
So I'm about 95% back to my natural best and was thinking of starting a cycle this January or Febuary.

My main Goal is to train for the 40 and over 242Lb or 275lb class Raw bench record in Arizona. So building up to around 550 Raw is my ultimate goal..
