guys, does either finasteride or dutasteride actually help in Regrowth of hair?? i know that both are DHT blockers i just wasnt sure if either actually helped in regrowth of hair, any suggestions?

I've never heard of growing hair back. One of my old clients owned a hair restoration clinic. I went to him for everything. He liked the idea of Propecia as far as it would help retain whatever hair I had. But recommeded taking 500mgs of Saw Palmetto, getting a shower filter, and using an all natural shampoo with no chemicals. The problem with chemicals is that they work but for a short period of time. Then your body builds up an immunity and they wont work anymore.
Ever since I did all of that my hair has definitely been much fuller.

regrowth can happen, but generally is minimal
