I read that suspension has a crappy likely hood of keeping the gains. How can I avoid gain lose/ keep the gains for this AAS?

Anadrol does build muscle, it just puts a lot of fat too, plus you really can't hold on to the gains you put on. Just bare with me for a minute...

If your bench goes up 50lbs. in 2-3 weeks from 50mg of anadrol a day, I'm sure you're putting on muscle, how can 8-10lbs. of water add that much? But you loose it all anyways, so for this reason, I will never take drol.

I dont like that chart. I dont agree with some ratings like giving Deca 4 for sides as well as proprionate. Giving arimidex 9 for cost, GH 10 and Winny 8.
Giving anavar 7 for stength gains and winny 2.

I saw this chart a couple of years ago. I think it's misleading and perhaps it might have some influence on why we get so many posts about cycles that are poorly laid out. Winny only cycles, var only cycles and what not.

It lists Parabolan as a 4 and Insulin as a 3 rating in regards to fat burning. I'm sorry to say that tren/parabolan doesn't burn fat, nor does insulin. If anything insulin would be anabolic to fat cells. Like I said, misleading, IMO.

I liked alot of his ideas,not all.He was truly honest about ASS,not many people are at that level,he would not of lasted that long on this board,I can tell you that.A guy who truly believed in running very high does in a short period of time.And yes people think drol is very strong,I dont.It`s all about what you keep.I have to say this,I know somes guys who love drol because of the extra pint of blood in your body,great pumps,a feeling they like,no other ASS can quite do this.In this case,if this is your thing,I think drol is great.

One more point dude,if you run drol back to back in cycles,the second time you get very poor results with drol.With winny if you run it back to back,the results are almost identical,thats was dorian yates idelogy,to keep switching Compounds to fight this,not many people understand this here.

I understand switching compounds all to well goose.It's not just running drol in back to back cycles.It appears quite a few compounds are like this.It took me awhile to learn this,but once I did,it made all the world of difference in greater progress to achieve my goals.
I still disagree with you on the drol debate,but it's all good.We can't agree on everything my friend.

I was very lucky to learn about switching Compounds early,I knew a guy who booked an appointment with dorian yates one on one.This is how he found this out,hence the information came my way.If you ever visit England you must book with him http://www.dorianyates.net/ He could even help you out on your Dbol only cycle.With drol,I see many people here,even high level BB that run it 50-100 mgs for 4 weeks,I`m not convinced it`s very effective even a waste,just a thought brother.

Yes the best test you can get,only Europe.France, UK,Germany are the main places,still very rare.I have never used it.Heard Gunter uses this test.............

Great thread.....interesting chart. I don't agree with it 100% but it is not too far off the mark.
Anadrol is great for temporary strength gains only.....so I see no reason for anyone to use it unless they are going to compete in a power lifting, strongman or Olympic lifting contest.....I have the same opinion about D-bol as well.

yeh def bro, in my experience, drol only has that wow factor once, thats why when i did it, i did 150mg for 7 weeks, i gained incredible amounts, u wudnt even believe. That chart is the same old one u see everywhere as well, i dont agree with a lot of it, for example i think the old parabolan was the best tren variety and aint no way in hell fina is equal to drol for strength and mass, as long as u take drol alongside decent doses of test and another injectable eg deca, the gains will be unbelieveable and very much keepable.
