Critique my first cycle PLEASE

I've done an enanthate cycle only before so this will be my first real cycle.

Stats:
Age - 25
Height - 5'11"
Weight - 220 lbs
BF % - 15% to 17%
Lifting experience - 4 years
Researched these anabolics - Yes

My cycle is based on one featured on steroid.com:
Test enanthate: Weeks 1-12 @ 500 mgs per week
Deca Durabolin: Weeks 1-10 @ 400 mgs per week
Dianabol: 35 mg per day

ALSO, haha! You're gonna love this... I have a bottle of 1-AD by Ergopharm left from years ago that has not expired (I'll give you a moment to reminisce...) Could I add this 1-AD into my cycle for some gains? Where could I put it at?

Its a classic mass cycle and thats what I want. I will be doing heavy compound movements with a powerlifting base. 4-6 days a week lifting, very intense workouts, with 10 hours sleep a night and immaculate diet (upwards of 5,500 cals a day to start.)

Supplements: Multi, Creatine, Glutamine, Whey, Casein, Vit C, ZMA... lots of stuff. Added: Injectable Vit B-6 because I believe in the properties of this vitamin.

Questions:
I have never experienced and gyno and do not know what it feels like... what can I expect?
What about water retention? I want some water retention but I don't want to look like a balloon so what can I do?
What kind of strength and mass gains can I expect? I've heard numbers but what has been your experience?

Please throw in some opinions and add/take out some stuff.

Nolvadex at 10 mgs ED/l-dex at .25 mgs ED will aid in water retention issues,plus put you mind at ease with gyno issues.

I'd be foolish to tell you what mass gains to expect.That is totally an individual thing.

You are starting your diet at 5500 cals ED?I'd start at around 3500 cals and slowly ramp up on a weekly basis til you see some unwanted BF appear.Then you can adjust from there.

The hell with 1-ad, this is MORE then sufficient for a first "real cycle". If maybe to much for 1st cycle.
You can take 10-20mg of Nolva as precaution or if youre prone to gyno

Nothing wrong with that cycle even if it was your first cycle, which it isn't... Probably a better idea not to stack compounds the first time, but not unheard of...

3500 is my maintenance level. A majority of my workouts are compounds like deads, squat, power cleans, and bench so I eat like a monster following those as they are very taxing on me...

Should I down deca and the dbol a bit?

not only wld i not lower the dbol or deca i wld think about running the deca an extra 2 weeks, as well as extending the test e 2 weeks... I saw some of my best gains about 8 weeks into my cycle of test e and deca with dbol kickstart... was glad i had another 4 weeks left with the deca...

How about downing the D-bol to 20-25mg a day... I'm doing 400 mg of deca b/c I've heard its best to do almost the equal amount of deca as test.

everyone here usually runs pretty close dosages but i've always been told to keep a 2:1 ratio of test to deca to avoid "deca dick"...dont konw if there is any truth, never run deca but thats just what i've been told.

does not have to be 2:1.... I ran 500mg test e along with 400mg deca and was horny as hell all the time....

I've heard EQ is better for cutting... and I will be doing my cutting probably July-August.

Right now, from Jan to March, I'm looking for some freaky ass mass. Thought deca would hold its own.

yea.... I just read some stuff that convinced me to take EQ... I want some freaky mass but I want it to be lean and retainable... whats the point in doing all that work if you won't keep it? I'm thinkin about Test Cyp, EQ, and some D-bol now...

Lovin the sust man... LOVIN IT! however the eod injections were a biatch cause my sust hurts so damn bad... i cut down shootin to only mon and thurs and its workin just fine. Only sides im havin is some mild aggression every now and again.
