Can u switch from Test E to Sustanon?

My last two bottles of Test E mysteriously disapeared this weekend from my bathroom. I had some friends over as well as friends of friends, so I can only imagine who it was. Anyway, I don't want to cut my cycle short ( im on wk. 10) and my source is temp. dry, but a buddy has some sus. he'll give me. My ? is can you switch from Test E to Sus. mid cycle? And how much Sus. should I take if I'm on 600mg E?
