one squirt should be .1ml.....not 100% sure though. that's what squirts out of my letro bottle from them, so i'm assuming it's the same...

3-5 squirts/day should do the trick.

Get yourself an insulin syringe without the needle of course and measure it that way. Far more accurate i dont put any trust in the squirt method at all i have seen me getting as much from 5 pumps as i do from 10.
