I got two questions :
-how long can I save mixed GH outside the fridge ?
-do I gotta shake the dust with the sterile water a bit ?

GH has to be refridgerated after reconstituting it.

DOnt shake swirl, go to the GH foruum and click on reconstituting sticky.

Hold top of vial and swirl a bit, dont shake see if it disolves.
