I apply Zen to my training,emty your mind,start to enjoy the pain.A met a zen master in Madrid,this guy could walk for two hours and not one thought comes in his mind.I apply this to my cardio,I run 6 times a week for one hour,I have perfected it,all I think about is my breathing,nothing else,so pure,becomes so easy.I just look at the clock to see how much time is left.Not to much pain or your arm will snap of like the great Dorian Yates.People dont understand that BB is unorthodox,every individual has his own style just like ASS.There are no rules.I nearly got banned here for saying there is no rule you cant use fina on your first run,you make your best gains with your first cycle.

That's me too...I think i believe this to some extent. I'm not suggesting anyone try this.. but it's how i train.
Some people see me in the gym..or read my training journals and think i'm crazy.
I think the Tom Platz quote hits home with me:

I have eaten whatever whenever, and gotten great results. I met Craig Titus after a local BB show and he told me to ate anything and train my ass off. I am on my 1st cycle ever(test-cyp) just weighed 253 today at 5'7" and yes I do have a little belly but it is not by any means obnoxious I wear a 34-35" waist comfortablly, anyway I plan on cuttin after X-mas and I am sure it will be tough being on a clean diet.
really enjoyed that... Arnold def has a way with words, i suppose it only really means anything to those of us that suffer the same...
