ive heard 2 weeks of t3 followed by 2 weeks of clen... and so on
Clen and T3 sounds like the way to go.
2nd that....clen + t3 together is very effective. It works great for me.Quote:

Macro,
I know I am full of questions, and I am sorry...I am just curious before I go an spend money..
Let's say I ordered Clen already..Now I am looking into that T-3...
Will that eat away muscle (T-3) if taking with Clen??
Is that combo that effective where I would not need to take Glucorell R, Seasman, and the Thermorexin??
Is the Cle/T-3 combo is more effective that the Clen/Seasman/Glucorell R/Thermorexin combo??
Let me know your thoughts bro...
Thanks
T3 will eat muscle, most people use it stacked with an anabolic so its not that bad. if you want you can check my cutting cycle diary which i will be posting in the next week or so, im 5 days into it and down 5lbs already. ill let everyone know when its up on the boards.
agree. IMO unless you are using an anabolic or you are euthyroid its not wise to use t-3 for fat loss.Quote:

NO
note- sesamin is anti-catabolic- via pparalpha agonist mediated effects- including upregulation of UCP-2
yes they can be stacked without issue. though you might consider an AI instead of proviron and for those specific fatty pockets a yohimbine based topical like Yohimburn ES.Quote:

a small piece of non sugary fruit would be better (fructose replenished liver glycogen ,which optimizes metabolism)Quote:
