100 mg test prop eod for weeks 1-8
50 mg winnie ed for 3-8 weeks
Clomid starts week 9

Only use the novladex if you need it.

Clomid week 9 day1 300mg, next 10 days 100mg/day, next 10 days 50mg/day. Nolvadex, not until you see/feel signs of gyno (aromatization) then start at 80mg/day until signs subside and drop to 20mg/day for remainder of cycle.
